Bison/Buffalo meat

  7. We had it at our Rorkes Drift dinner night in Jan.
    Must have been the special way that the chef cooked it, because I'd rather lick my own arrse than try it again.
    It can only be described as chewing a Combat high, that had stepped in shite.

    they have a stall at our local farmers market also.

    working my way through the exotic section.
