No idea, but the best bits of it were merged into defenceconnect.

About 10 years ago when I was still serving, two members of the AGC (ETS) discussed ArmyNet with me and asked for any advice. My suggestion that if they wanted it to be successful then it had to be (a) anonymous, and (b) have any perception that the CoC owned it removed......
