Right, i'm on leave at the minute and being a savage block rat with few, if any, friends have descended into a month of very heavy drinking. Every now and then I get a slight twinge of shame at my lonely outings and dependence on alcohol. During one of these moments I stumbled across the Bupa alcohol calculator which tells you how much booze you have quaffed in a week against the weekly recommended limit of 21 units. This "tool", I imagine, is supposed to shock me into changing my ways, however I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride at smashing in almost 7 weeks worth of alcohol into my first week of leave. If anyone else feels a bit of shame and needs to be put back on the wagon go here: Alcoholic Pride Calculator I'm off to the pub!!
