I've just finished it and I can't believe what this guy went through - trapped by a boulder in a canyon in Utah for 5 days without food and little water - ends up cutting his own arm off with a blunt leathermans to get out and rappels down a cliff and walks out!

Unbelievable!

The guy was interviewed on 'Good Morning America' a while back, amazing story. Believe it or not he's still climbing!
