Best shoes

I'm looking to buy a new pair of shoes for running as my 15 year old Army green running shoes are no longer up to the job. My running is generally done on most terrain types, grass, road, tracks and some gravelly areas and would like to know what to look for <£50.

i would find a decent running shop that does free gait analysis in your area. any good shop will tell you what type of shoe you suit best, and get you to run in them on the treadmill.

most are quite good and ask your price range, rather then pointing to the most expensive pair. a proper running shop will only do decent shoes, and most of the people who work there are runners so youll get good kit.
