    i'll start:
    Male - 17 years old
    press-ups:61
    sit-ups:70

    1.5 miler: bout 11.5 mins

    1.5 miles: 8:44 mins (actually tried this morning, and it fückin' Chinese crackered me, so it's not an average time. I'm normally a LOTslower)

  13. I hope you are not too pround about those figures, when I was 20 I did the 1.5 miler in boots and lightwieghts in 8.16. I'm now 40 and did it last week( shorts and trainers) in 11.04 press ups 48 sit ups 53 and I say again I'm 40
    and 15.5 stone: :oops:
