Until it twists in your hand on something hard. Better than a slip joint, but still not as secure as a liner or compression lock or other mechanical locks.

If it's legal, it's probably a safer option than the ones you currently have in the UK but not ideal.

It's legal, if I am doing a specific job that needs it a fixed blade or liner lock or Opinel or any other form of lock is legal, but you can't really carry one on the off chance, and you're probably better to have it wrapped up in your bag or toolbox, That one I can stick in a pocket and as a non locking knife with a blade less than 7.62cm long it's legal.
