  4. Try a Haberdasher/ good dept store (John Lewis type)

    It is used in needlework/ sewing (don't ask), so they may have some.

  6. i found a supply in my local decorating shop.
  7. Have a dig around in your QMs if you can - we found a bit that was almost a 2 man lift.

    Or find your nearest Bee keeper in the Yellow Pages. I got a bit the size of a breeze block for about £100 and made a fortune slicing it up and reselling to the lads.
  9. Good angling shops should stock it as well - used in fly tying for game fishing
  10. bee keepers mate'll do ya a block cheap as chips!! i got 8 oz for 2.50!!
  11. Either that or your nearest Archery suppilers.....beeswax used for waxing strings on longbows....high grade purified stuff...
  12. get a hold of a SCOC disc from your QM's dept and put in the words 'beeswax,technical' get it through the system,dont pay for it !

  15. Do they not have a B&Q? You can get it there. I use it when I restore furniture, try a furniture shop.
