    It's the same here where the Department of Veterans' Affairs is backlogged tens, probably hundreds of thousands of claims for treatment.
  2. Tragic though this figure is, I hope that that some consideration is given to the other possibility, namely that combat deaths are low and the suicide baseline for high-intensity warfare is sadly normal?

    Otherwise this statistic is being, well, 'leveraged' by the media and that would be naughty and not what we would have expected of the BBC?
