Authorised Embellishments to Headdress

#1
I am reseaching which berets are worn by which units in the British Army, and what Badge Backings, Hackles and so are worn.

I have made a start by finding the on-line relevant entry in

JSP 336 3rd EDITION, VOLUME 12, PART 3 - CLOTHING
PAMPHLET NO 15 - BADGES, EMBELLISHMENTS AND HEADDRESS
(Version 2.00 dated 01 Dec 04)
Which has replaced Materiel Regulations for the Army

Annex A Authorised Headdress
http://www.ams.mod.uk/ams/content/docs/jsp336/3rd_ed/vol12/pt3/pam15/s5aa.doc

Annex B Glengarry Patterns
http://www.ams.mod.uk/ams/content/docs/jsp336/3rd_ed/vol12/pt3/pam15/s5ab.doc

Annex C Berets
http://www.ams.mod.uk/ams/content/docs/jsp336/3rd_ed/vol12/pt3/pam15/s5ac.doc

Annex D Authorised Embellishments to Headdress
http://www.ams.mod.uk/ams/content/docs/jsp336/3rd_ed/vol12/pt3/pam15/s5ad.doc

Problem is the above entries make no referance to size or shape of badge backing, or provide illustrations.

Can ARRSE members fill in the gaps? Provide pictures or even samples?
