got my date through for rsc today go on the 24th of this month, just wondering what I should be working on for the next 2 weeks, I’m training quite hard at the moment, spend 3 session a week in the gym mainly weights, 2 hours a week swimming sprinting 1lenth & going easy on the other, I’m running 4-5 miles 3-4 times a week & got my run down under 9.30, sit-ups I can do easily & pressups I’m doing 5 reps of 20 with 30 seconds rest in between & 3 reps of 10 going up & down as slow as if can, should I concentrate on what I’m doing now for the next fortnight or do I need to do more re less, the weekend before I’m guessing it should be alcohol free should I also rest that weekend
