The Bass fishing will be good off there on the next high tide.
There was 3 or 4 bods out fishing this morning, down by the inner harbour wall

From the 2017 Doolittle Raid commemoration at the USAF Museum of the Air Force. This was apparently the last toast of the surviving flyers who took part in that mission 75 years ago on April 18, 1942. So far as I am aware, there are no living flyers now. The Last Man Bottle and loving cups to drink it with were donated to the USAF Museum and are on display there to this day.

First bunch of carrots picked from my veg bed this morning. Really pleased with them.

Although next year I will have more soil in the bed so they don't kink at the ends. ;-)

@DaveDaffe
What is this and where is it?

Stone circle on Dolerw park that was created back in the mid 60s for a ceremony for the Eisteddfod mate.

Funnily enough I had a argument with an old bloke the other day as I was sitting on the stepped part and he accused me of desecrating an ancient relic that was thousands of years old and had to inform him that it was only about 5 years older than I am LOL
