Any ideas anyyone?

Serious answer. You could knock those out on a lathe in about 10 minutes, with a 5 minute fag break in between. Any machine shop or even a school metalwork shop (if they still have them) will be able to do it. Slab of beer to the foreman or master and you're golden.

If I can't find one then that is the next course of action.

I did 16 miles with Wor Lass (who added another 4 on), over the old Severn Bridge and into what looked like Royston Vasey country.

This was a weird find along the side of a B road:

Is anyone going to own up to shagging her?

Edit: I'm not talking about my missis, mind.
Are you sure it's definitely a 'her'?

The 'lady' in the photo, I mean.

The one with the glasses.

I didn't expect it work work either but opening up the phone, laying out all the removables alongside in the box, and leaving it in the airing cupboard for 48 hours worked a miracle.

Silica gel is the fastest thing for establishing a constant humidity and is used in museums for maintaining an appropriate environment for individual sensitive artefacts. Because you are wanting to bring the humidity of the camera right down to below latent room humidity, remove and dry out the silica in the microwave after 24 hours and then replace it back in the sealed tupperware box - repeat two or three times and you should get the humidity down to around 20% in the box which ought be dry enough for the camera to recover if it's not started rusting.

My daughter did a similar thing with her phone using silica gel cat litter...fresh unused I should imagine. :)

I got wise to the benefits of that stuff when I worked in Currys...all the Jap electronics came with little sachets of the stuff in the packaging. I used to hoard them as they were bloody effective if you wanted to dehydrate things...

Who would have thought the cunning Oriental little f*ckers would use cat litter.

I suspect that is the route a cheap-rate sex-change surgeon takes his/her dog for a walk and that is a pic of a very dissatisfied customer, warning of impending revenge...
