Your powers of observation are astounding.
Well, it shows that the brain damage wasn't permanent, there has been some improvement.

And its back to Thailand, a day in Bangkok before heading down to Hua Hin and home. This is a shot taken down an alley off Silom Road with the Mahanakhon Tower in the background:

You taking the train to Hua Hin?

No, coach from Suvarnabhumi. We have used the train overnight from Bangkok to Ubon Ratchatani as well as Hua Hin to Hat Yai. Not a bad way to travel.

We used a minibus from Ratchuburi to Bangkok and again but a large coach from BKK to Pattaya, unbeatable value for money.

We also used an 'early' train from Hualamphong station to Hua Hin, recommended by the ticket office staff 'to avoid burning your arrses off' (her words) in the daytime heat.

Picked up these cats eyes today. No idea what I will do with them but seemed interesting. I'm turning into a Kirkz walt. God help me!
If you've got a cat, stick a couple on it's arrse, it won't half shit the neighbours up.

If you haven't got your own cat, borrow one.

I dare you.

Are they the USA ones or the unbreakable UK ones
UK and judging by the state of the rubber on the bottom two, quite old. They also look to be unused. Used ones always look in shit condition. And they most certainly aren't unbreakable.

Tried winding the dogs up by placing them strategically in the back garden then putting the outside lights on. The feckers are used to me though. They just wondered about where I had walked and sniffed them.

Fixed that for you. I rarely see them here. Much more common is reflective paint in the white lines and on the safety barriers, but even that is not universal.
