Interesting that Court Marshall is taking juristiction. i thought in these cases it would be handed over to the civvy court?

Negative, AFA06 gives jurisdiction to HMF, plus NO CivPol will ever take on an Afghan investigation, happened overseas, so out of jurisdiction. Simples.

As per the site rules we do not discuss current courts martial events to avoid getting in to trouble.
