Army Sgt. Admits Taking $1.4M in Bribes

A U.S. Army sergeant who oversaw dining facilities at two military bases in Kuwait pleaded guilty Wednesday to accepting $1.4 million in "illegal gratuities" from private contractors.

Blimey! When I was spammed for DRO (thanks to upsetting a bottle of cola all over the RSM) I was never offered sucha bribe. Nearest I got was a mug of tea.
What a tool. Kickbacks, gratuities and inducements are very much a fact of life, but if you're not smart enough to cover your tracks, don't play the game.
