Army Pay: Higher and Lower Spines. What 'spine' are the RMP subject to?

Supplement 1. Highest BARB/GTI score required, lowest pay supplement....

Go figure.

Well, that was fun. I am not in the Army (yet), so I have concluded, going by the pdf. that if I in the future end up being in the Private/Lance Corporal section then I am subject to OR2-7/OR3-1 (or £25,272). If I am only subject to the Lance Corporal section then I am subject to OR3-3 (or £27,672). Quite competitive salary either way compared to civilian police counterparts.

Thanks for your helpful response.

No worries. As a singly you would get to keep more of your pay than a civilian copper so you'll have more disposable income.

This will help pay for all the criminal damage done against your car.
