Do stress fractures count as fractures under the AFCS?

I'm asking as I suffered bilateral calcaneal stress fractures that are still symptomatic at 26 weeks and are leading to me being medically discharged.

On JSP 765 2 fractured heels is £10k, but I'm not sure if I can claim that as they're not complete fractures?

    Any help appreciated.
  2. Claim anyway. If it is rejected then submit an appeal and go as far as the tribunal if necessary; in effect you lose nothing as far as I can see!

Thanks, I will do, nothing to lose just wondered if anyone knew for sure.
