Are women more fake now?

It also seems that women want whatever they don’t have.

In SE Asia they simply don’t understand why western tourists sunbathe. Indeed the Thai nickname for such is ‘Moo Deng’ (Chinese red glazed pig) after the colour they invariably go.

On the other hand they will do everything to make their skin as white as possible, colour their hair mousey brown and make it curly rather than straight. It’s all but impossible in Thailand to buy skin cream that doesn’t have skin bleach in it.

It’s also very common for asian girls to buy special padded underwear to make their arrse bigger in traditional dress.

There are even women there that are (gasp) voluntarily ginger.

A lot of that is a class thing Bob, as opposed to a race thing and wanting to look like whitey. If you were fair skinned it meant you were upper class and didn't have to work in the rice fields. If you had a tan, you had to work outside in the sun and were a peasant.

That’s certainly true.

Korean cosmetics are a huge best seller because of that. Because Korean drama and K-Pop is so big in SE Asia, a lot of Asian chicks want to look like there favourite Korean film or pop star.

Looks like she must have been front-ended in a race; her air bags have popped.

'Renee Gracie was given the nickname Devil Princess as she started making waves on the karting circuit as a teenager.

'The Queensland youngster was feisty on the track and dreamt of making it all the way to America’s NASCAR circuit. Gracie was a marketer’s dream and had enough talent to be handed a start at Bathurst in 2015 where she partnered Simona de Silvestro in a historic moment for women’s sport. She became the first Aussie woman to compete full-time in the sport and was popular around the track, but the stunt didn’t last and after finishing 14th up Mt Panorama in 2016 she was replaced as de Silvestro’s partner.'

She is also, according to The Sun, pursuing a porn career.

The fact she has an ‘Only Fans’ page would give credence to this.

I can’t see the problem:

She wouldn’t have to navigate or park, and nor would she need to worry about left or right.

Perhaps she lost valuable time by leaving the handbrake on or by constantly checking her makeup in the rear view mirror?

Have you ever had a job?

It is not HR- the line manager does it. Generally HR adviseuntilthings get serious.
In my organisation, HR do virtually nothing except advise. We, the Management team, do it all, which isn't a bad thing, as apparently it makes us better people person's (except me, I'm still an utter cünt to everyone).

It's hard when recruiting Supervisors or Managers to find anyone who had personally dealt with disciplinary issues. Usually they say "No, HR do all that!"

Surely it's about having the confidence to do what YOU want to do, wear none, go full slap or somewhere in between.

What I don't like is young girls being pressured into following the herd. It takes confidence to follow your own route and adolescents are so vulnerable to marketing, influencers etc.

Reality shows have a lot to answer for, in that they promote a certain look which creates a marketing opportunity. What I often wonder is how do girls pay for all the treatments/makeup/dermaplaning/fake tans/permanent tattoos etc. Must cost a fortune. Not to mention the constant cleaning of your bedding when it all comes off during the night if you don't follow a proper skin care routine and do a double cleanse!
At the end of the day, everything in modern life - and I mean EVERYTHING - comes down to one simple statement.

Somebody somewhere is trying to sell you something.
