    Difficult to know what to think? Well done to the MoD for continuing to recruit at the bottom end ... but aren't we making loads of CS redundant?

    The killer point though is the name ..... I've no doubt that these guys do a good job in keeping the military machine on the march but 'heroes'?

    They tried "you cant get better than a quick fit fitter, they're the boys to trust". But it got hammered in the focus groups.
     
  3. Heroes is a word now bandied about in common usage [for example about very highly paid sportsmen.] The word has been cheapened but indicates the shallow world in which most of the British public now live.
