Application rejected

Unfortunately Capita are still handling recruitment and they just specialise in doing a poor job. Hundreds of applicants have been rejected, or have given up trying to join, due to their sheer incompetence. Frankly, I can't see them managing appeals any better than applications.

Still, give it a go as you could be one of the fortunate ones that make it through.

Edit: I forgot to include a link to an example of Capita's performance. So here's their latest example: British Army rejected 14,000 potential recruits for having ACNE or low-level allergies in a year | Daily Mail Online

Capita didn't invent the system. They operate it, but the design and oversight is down to MoD.

Not that this helps our would be soldier at all, other than to say that he/she should appeal and appeal and appeal: there's gotta be a proper grownup in there somewhere.

Anybody adding to this thread without suggesting an avenue for appeal, or at the very least, giving encouragement, is not helping.
