Apology - Musa again.

The discussion re Musa carries on with the House debate coming to an end.
The way in which the military side of this incident ended may have been applauded by many but the wider view is not so approving it seems.
Is it now too late for someone, somewhere, to review the wall of silence and apply those methods which do work in getting information from those who cannot face up to their own actions and their own failure to act at the time this man was, apparently, battering himself to death in silence and isolation?
