  1. Hi
looking a bit of advice here?
I had a crown fitted 3 yrs ago and I have pain from it from day one right up to now.my dentist keeps giving me theories about what could be the problem but never actually does any-thing.(national health 15 mins..right out you go)
he has now suggested going to a specialist and having a procedure which involves accessing the root through the top front of the gum,
has anyone had this done and is it worth a go?
it is a front tooth so I'm reluctant to lose it....I wish to remain handsome as per avatar,
  2. Get a post crown in place.
It'll last years, and save you money in the long run......
  3. I have crown set on a post this last three years...thats the problem!!!
it must have been poorly done because it has never settled down,I constantly have a sensation like a 9vlt battery touching it* how can that be since the root canal was done? I thought the nerve was removed with root canal.

    * I've never licked batteries btw
