I need one, and soon. Would be a good test of your skills too.

  7. Bacardi? Bacardi? Peanuts pah. We're talking Wadworths or equivalent and good quality crisps if you want my attention. And if you've got a willy you wont get that sort of attention from me. See not all nurses are the same.

  8. You need a nurse? Prostate again, oh dear.

I'm afraid so. Prostate and prostrate. Not to mention the incontinence. So I won't.

  10. I never get a day off. Finish yourself off though.

Saving myself. For Blondebint or Dale, whichever is available.

  12. The usual nurse is able to take in three, with one in each hand.

    'cept the lezzers.

and the blokes, they can only manage two plus one in each hand.

  13. There's something unnerving about standing in front of a couch/bench, dropping yer strides and bending over said couch/bench , while the guy behind you lubs up his forearm

  14. If that's what has been happening with your doctor, then I suggest you get a second opinion.
