Take a tip - look them up on their website - don't worry just about fitness you are assessed as a whole package - read the Queens Commission if you can its a PDF on the RMAS website - be fully informed on the career choice you are about to make. If you have made it for the wrong reasons you will be weeded out. Be yourself, be up to speed on current affairs, have opinions about them and be prepared to back them up, but also be prepared to listen and debate with others - don't argue!!.

Enjoy the experience and good luck
Cheers
