    The excuse is 'currency' movements.Against the Pak currency the Pound has risen! Are our FCO paying their costs in country in US Dollars? if so,the pound has certainly dropped against this one.However,one might expect expenditure in country to be in Pak currency!
     
  2. Pakistan, the well known 'non-failed state'? Given the option that FCO (and other agencies) no doubt present of PKR vs USD, I think you have your answer.

  4. Sophie wosshername on the BBC news yesterday stating the BBC view that there were allegations. The BBC failed to mention that the alligator was 'erm, erm, the Minister responsible.
