Another P Coy Question

I'm after a training programme to follow to get my fitness up to P Coy standards, anyone able to help?

Phone the Training Wing? Search the board, question has been asked before so there will be something to read somewhere.

Try this. Walt title but not a bad book. It has a 16 week programe which is meant to build up a base level of fitness, followed by a "tailored training programe" for Marines, Para's and THEM at the end of it.

Its also got other stuff in about diet, stretching, useful kit etc blah blah!

And its quite cheap. Waterstones stock it.

I second that. Useful book. Got me from being a fat fatherless to... well, not a fat fatherless.
