    Any AMSTAP experts out there?

Does anyone have the rules to hand? I'm having trouble raqising a team in-house. Can I go outside the unit - if so to where. AMS TA only or Reg or can I go anywhere?

Is anyone taking reserves with them? If so will I be able to use them?

Surely a Unit team is a 'unit team' You could just write off to AMSTAP 'r' Us and buy a winning team like Chelski!

Ventress is quite right its not an ideal situation. The problem is that I cannot raise a team within the unit. Some of my squad are on deployments, other would be players cannot alter thier shift routines etc etc.

I have 5 keen soldiers who have put in the training. If we don't put in a team all thier hard work will be for nought, and next time I try to recruit a team I'll have even greater difficulty.

Lets face it soldiering is about flexable thinking and about achieving aims. No aim is achieved by giving up.
