Amazing memories

Having just found this site, I have read through all the comments in the last two evenings and found it most humbling.

I arrived in Bovington on the 9th September 1969 and was there till '71 then went directly to Woofers, the best posting ever.

I was never a real soldier, I joined to escape home, JLR was the hardest thing......but I got through all the training and have never looked back with regret.

I am still having an amazing life and it is all due to the 'character building' in those formative years........I am scared of nothing and full of pride from whence I came and what I am achieving.
