I've only just got to my first unit, but there's nothing like planning ahead, and AAPTI is something I'd like to do eventually.
Does anyone have a rough itinerary for the course; I love my PT, especially running and tabbing, but cannot bear gymnastics and the like.
I understand you have to take the rough with the smooth, but 9 weeks of forward rolls would be a living nightmare.
