Agc (sps) jnco clm

Sorry if this has already been asked but I can't find the thread:

What is the AGC JNCO CLM like? How bulshitty is it? What does the Ex involve? Any suggestions for kit to take?

Hiya Redpeppe,

If you concentrate on the following areas as they make up the Pan Army Basic Close Combat Skills (BCCS) areas that all Non Inf CLM's are now based on in accordance with ARTD Direction, however your Joining instructions will show the up to date areas:

1. Six Sect Battle Drills (Theory and Practicle - Try to run through a Battle Lesson (BL).
2. CASEVAC Drills (In and Out of Contact).
3. Basic POW/Detainee handling (Basic level).

The other areas that will be beneficial are as follows:

4. Introduction to orders (Fighting and Recce).
5. WHT (To competent level).
6. Familirisation with the All Arms Tactical Aid Memoire (AATAM).
7. Leadership Skills & Confidence Trg. (Presentations, Basic Mil Lsns and Outdoor activities).

Your CoC should have a good understanding.
