Agai 67

#1
Just wandering if anyone can help clear this up, I have looked at the paperwork for administrative action, and as far as I can understand from reading this when agai 67 action is taken against an individual the punishment of show parade can not be given to LCPLs or above.

Now I am part of a small sqn and this happens all the time so whos responsibility is it to insure that the rules are followed and shouldnt someone who is in a postion of command be up to speed with the rules involved in this action.

Thanks

IIRC it's taught on CLM - no show parades for anybody above private soldier.

perhaps you could enlighten your chain of command on the rules, and let us know what they say... ;)

(p.s. remember to duck lol)

Generally the SSA.

Also, the soldier. If you are given an illegal award, send it up the CoC.

And yes, they should. But you don't really need to be in a position of "command" to agai someone.
