    Assessing and integrating gender issues in all aspects of preparation and performance of socio-economic development in the rural areas of Kandahar province will be key functions that the incumbent will be involved with. It would be an asset to be familiar in Afghan issues and have experience with gender equality issues within the traditional Kandahari rural family setting
