Hi everyone, I received a letter for a future Tribunal Hearing. Whilst I had undergone all PTSD therapies extensively with continuous suffering. I am also awaiting an additional treatment further recommended for a physical health condition.
I was therefore advised the best option would be to request the Tribunal for 'Adjournment (hold)' my appeal temporarily? May I know how long will the Tribunal agree to adjourn your case, and what is the procedure to seek a new hearing date back with the Tribunal in the future once my additional new treatment is completed.
