No you wont receive anything else until the 5 year final review mate. that's the final decision where they will look at you r previous therapy and decide whether its permanent. This is where you need to get therapy and log it all to show you have gone through all measures and if re diagnosed prior to the review, and it states you are still suffering, it will then show your ill and you can argue its permanent. As your man said above its a long process but just keep at it mate and keep everything as evidence for the 5 year review

you will only receive an interim payment then it will be reviewed at the 2 year, then finally at the 5 year point. Level 13 is the standard awarded and what i had, I'm now 8 years down the line and just had level 6 pay out off a tribunal. Its early days for you so you cant do anything but collate all your evidence of your meds, therapy and keep it safe for your review at the 2 year point. You'll then receive another interim if your still suffering with it, then the 5 year point you'll be reviewed for the final time. It wont be any quicker than that I'm afraid mate but good luck with it all and hope you get better, but if not, keep absolutely all of your evidence to show at the next review pal

At the 2 year point they did with me too mate it’s the next 5 year final assessment that counts mate so get everything together and submit it once your at that stage pal

Richie1305's advice is sound. Your grading is "interim" for the very reason that you are still requiring many changes.

You may not have to submit it, they may call you forward after some years by which time they think you should have stabilised.

Thanks, can I ask wether they stated your award to be correct after the interim review?

Sorry for late reply mate I didn’t see this come up. They always say it’s right pal, just reject it and ask for a tribunal mate, that’s the only way you’ll get a fair, unbiased decision from neutral parties
