Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Epilepsy, beyond the age of 5 unless the applicant has been free of seizures for a period of 5 years while taking no medication for seizure control, and has a normal electroencephalogram (EEG). All such applicants will have a current neurology consultation with current EEG results. EEG may be requested by the reviewing authority.

hi all i meet the criteria above which i got on HMforces website, i am thinking about making an appeal which will consist of a GP's letter, Neurologist letter and a brainwave scan (EEG). Im just wanting advice if i stand a chance or not and if i should bother at all?

thankyou, i really appreciate any help.
  2. I'd talk to some sort of recruiter.
