  1. Hey,

I am about to begin TS Alpha in about 6 weeks and am due to be issued my kit in about 4 and was curious as to the best way to soften up my boots prior to training so I don't rip them to shreds. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

  2. use the search function, that'll help.
  3. Fill boots with boiling water.
    Leave to saturate.
    Wear (wet).
Keep wearing until they feel comfy.
    Repeat as necessary.
  4. Plenty of polish, wear them as much as you can, even at home and wear good socks.

The best course of action is to go directly to the QM's and hand your bedding in !
  6. Assault boots don't need it!

Mk2 highlegs didn't really need it!

Wear your boots, make sure they are the correct size, man the **** up
  7. They still issuing ammo boots?
  8. What happened to pissing in them?
  9. That's a great idea. Could you come and piss in mine? While I wear them, naturally.

  10. I am sure there are many forum members who would pay good money to watch you squat down and piss in a pair of boots combat high.
