  1. A year ago I had the last surgery on my right-hand wrist after an accident which tore off some ligaments.
After a year I am able to do some decent fitness and have most of the strength I used to have back. I can also -finally!- participate in the greener side of sports again.

I did the assault course a few times and because I cannot flex my right hand properly I notice that I use my elbow a lot more. This causes bruises and I ended up losing most of the skin on my elbow.

Who knows a decent brand of elbow padding that I could use to protect my elbow and which also fits under DPMs or coveralls?

    Thanks for the help,
