Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Help, I have been advised that the Swan (@ Stockwell) my usual watering hole (after 11pm) in London is going to be rather busy becuase of St Patricks day....My mates and I are arguing about where elese to go....the Grand or Inferno's in Clapham or the Mean Fiddler in town are the current options.

Anyone got any good ideas where go for rock-indi-cheesey pop (80-90's) as opposed to techno-dance bollox, anywhere in Zone 1 or 2.

    Ta very much
  2. I know The Venue in New Cross has some good tribute bands & a damn good indie/rock type disco. Its sarf of the river though !!!!

    Regards LT.
  3. Sarf of the river is good, I need to find my passport cheers LT!

    Any other ideas? anyone!
  4. If you don't mind being surrounded by (legally dubious) young 'uns, they may still be doing "Pump up the Volume" at the Underworld (opposite Camden Town Station).

    Otherwise, there's always the Roadhouse.
