  1. Hi all,

Some of you willhave seen me around, others not.

Anyway, I am having 2nd thoughts on my cap badge choice for re-enlistment. My 1st choice was CMT, however after having a discussion with a friend of a friend who is a CMT, I am not sure it is the right career move. I have always been interested in the medical side, but also want to be at the front end of things too, not stuck in a secure area or med centre 24/7, CMT would have given me this choice, however, at the moment there are no real career prospects to qualify as a Paramedic which is the ultimate aim, and promotion would not be fast.

My 2nd choice has always been Int Corps, this offers a good, semi-fast promotion prospect, but possibly limited options for civi life and also limited field work depending on trade.

So my question is: Do I go Int Corps or CMT, if Int Corps what trade (please note that I am 30 years old, and some options may not be available)

Any advice/help would be greatly apprecited.
