[TD="width: 679"] · Accountable for the management and delivery of the function, its services and products to meet client deliverables in regard to established standards and delivery of KPI’s/ SLAs;
· Working across teams to drive achievement of business objectives and process improvement;
· Accountable for quality assurance of the Group’s products and services enabling high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat work and minimising complaints;
· The use of IT (MS Exchange and MS Office) to enable the preparation of informative: MI; products and reports in a variety of formats, enabling the delivery of first class products and services both externally and internally.

[TD="width: 679"] Working as part of the LPG Management team and reporting to the HR Director; specific duties include, but are not limited to:

[TD="width: 679"] · Daily management of the OCA support services including close working with technical team to ensure service protection and achievement of SLA’s;
· Daily management of the project coordination of all LPL projects to minimise slippage and errors;
· Identification, design and implementation of business improvement processes though maximising IT solutions to enable improved efficiency and error minimisation;
· Identification and preparation of relevant MI in a variety of formats to enable transparency across the business of key business drivers;
· Significant national travel attending external meetings across the country, to progress specific business objectives with: customers; stakeholders; partners; contractors; and suppliers;
· Provision of an appropriate support service for the BDM, enabling effective end to end marketing and sales to enable achievement of defined sales targets;
· Effective performance management across the administrative services enabling employee development and appropriate employee retention levels;
· Performing, as directed, other such duties from time to time to meet the needs of the department and business.
