I see this ending well....

P.S. Pics of your secretary or she isn't real.

P.P.S. Preferably with office equipment up her flange.

My diary sprung to life today to tell me that it is Administrative Professionals Day. No doubt if my PA was a septic she'd be expecting some kind of card.

Stand fast the AGC who in the course of my career achieved nothing close to Administrative Professionalism. Combat HR Specialists my arrse.
I thought an Administrative Professional was a whore who did her own books.

BTW it's also Cromwell's birthday he's 413 today.

Well done to all those administrative professionals....

Take five minutes to celebrate, then pop the kettle on for a brew and get back to the filing, photocopying and putting letters in envelopes, there's a good girl (or boy, we are equal opportunities employers after all).

Administrative Professionals day is celebrating a dying species.

As computer systems become more capable and widespread many 'day to day' tasks are being done by software rather than people.

So raise a glass to the Office Manager - they're a vanishing breed.

You do realise it's in your diary because she put it there? I suspect that if there's no gift forthcoming, or at least a cup of tea, the next time you fly to Paris you'll find yourself on an 8 hour layover in Ulan Bator. And no business lounge.

So is the secretary tidy or not? For us to make an informed opinion we need to see pics.

Not quite - I put them all there because it's part of a set of global international holidays. For example, it's Golden Week in Japan next week so no point in trying to hold any calls with them. That said, last time I went to Japan I went out via Schipol and back via Paris which was a bit pants. Maybe I am being dropped hints.

The other clue is when you find yourself checking into an airline you've never heard of. Particularly if it's name is written in an alphabet you're only vaguely aware of.

There is defiantly a joke in here somewhere about the AGC. Sorry it says 'professionals' cancel my last.
