SCOTLAND's senior military person, Lieutenant-General Sir Alistair Irwin, didn't win many friends by backing the Army's plans to amalgamate Scotland's regiments. Sir Alistair has now bought a retirement home in Scotland's countryside called Dunmore. Locals upset at the proposed amalgamation have now dubbed it Should've.
