Achilles Tendinosis

  1. First of all, I'm a STAB.

    I have a feeling that I may have a mild case of achilles tendinosis. My achilles tendon has been hurting for the past couple of weeks since a session of battle pt.

    My dilemma is this, I'm mobilizing at the end of may and a) don't want anything to prevent me mobilizing b) can't afford to stop doing phys with the date getting closer.

    What can I do to help the injury (if that's what it is) without stopping phys?

  2. To add, I only feel the pain when walking or tabbing. I seem to be fine running at the moment, but I'm worried it could get worse. Any help or advice appreciated.
