Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. SARACENS V WASPS WEMBLEY TICKETS, WINES, LUXURY CHOCOLATES, MILITARY ARTWORKS, CHAMPAGNES....

Aron Shelton is former soldier who is fighting the machinery of local government with no support other than the goodwill of friends, family and the general public who are aware of his case. Aron is a 26 year old soldier who has returned to civilian life following a tour in Afghanistan in which he had one of his lower legs blown off in an explosion. Aron has successfully completed his rehabillitation and now has a prosthetic leg. Following the government changes to the disability benefits system, Aron's eligibility was reassessed. The criteria, deeming his requirment of the allowance, was the ability to walk 100m. Despite the pain, the proud and hardened former soldier persevered and completed distance. For his rewards, Aron had his disability allowance and his specially-adapted car withdrawn.

We feel it is an utter disgrace that a man who has sacrificed his very leg for this country has been treated in this way, especially when there are so many people fraudulently claiming. And so it is for this reason we have decided to host the ACA Festive Auction 2010 to donate the proceeds to Aron's campaign for justice.

Please show your support for our campaign by placing a bid in our auction or spreading the word of our efforts to family, friends and sympathisers to the military...
