Abu Hamza extradition to go ahead

#1
Radical Muslim cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri has been refused leave to appeal to the House of Lords against his extradition to the US.

The US authorities want him to face trial on charges which include providing support to al-Qaeda.

The Egypt-born preacher is currently serving a seven-year jail term in the UK for inciting murder and race hate.

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith formally approved the extradition in February after a court gave the go-ahead.

Lawyers for Abu Hamza, from west London, have been fighting his extradition since the request was first filed in May, 2004.

At last ! At least when the Americans give a sentence it means what it says. No time off for good behaviour, more time for bad behaviour.
Now all we need is his huge social security scrounging family to go there to be with him.

Cuba is supposed to be quite nice at this time of year, and he can be with all his little friends/parishoners

First bit of decent news for a while.

For once the justice system gets something right. Hawkeye off to the US where hopefully they will bang him away for the rest of his natural life.

Can we have this scrounging tow-rag deported from say RAF Northolt with a few of his cohorts to fill the spare seats,or preferably cargo space,in public so we can all line the West End Road and cheer as he is driven onto the base?.

He still has the European courts to try. This case will go on for some time yet before we unload the t**t.

Good. Let's get rid of this guy. It annoys me that the bloke ran to this country for protection, openly preached hate against it and had no guilt in living off our tax money.

It strikes me as a tad ironic that he is still using our tax money to fund his case for staying in this country that he hates.

Bad is the situation that anyone can get away with and be funded for taking his case up. Funded by the tax payers that their client hates.

I just wish that the people that claim to hate the UK would show some conviction and vote with their feet by going to live in the countries that they say are better.

I may be wrong but by passing the Human Rights Act we got the right to do everything in house, and so the appeal to the Lords is the top of the tree.

Abu Hanza is off to the Land of the Free.
