AAC Selection Process

#1
I have been tasked with re-vamping an existing LE selection process for another capbadge, but I hear that the AAC are way ahead on this.

In order to save me time, and prevent any wheels being re-invented, does anyone know (broadly speaking) what the 'new' process entails in the AAC? I assume lots of current affairs, role of the Corps etc etc?

Many thanks in advance and please feel free to PM me if you'd rather not 'go public'.

Many go forward, Some are chosen.
Most of us havn't got a clue how LE's are commisioned in the AAC.
If your from another capbadge with no understanding of how aviation works, usually puts you at the top of the pile
