A weeks lie time

Can anyone tell me if it is legal for an employer to introduce a weeks lie time for all of their current full time employees.

As this will mean that everyone will only get 3 weeks wages at the end of the month rather than 4, and this doesn’t seem very fair?
Without getting all BRL, a company can change their T&Cs at will but only after 90 days notice can the changes be implemented. I'm working with the works union rep tomorrow, I'll try and quiz him about it
