  9. Very nice bloke, works at combat stress as a nurse.As stated,a good read.

  12. How did you manage that jbd? I can see the used ones on the from £7.76. Good to hear some info about it as I've had it hovering in my Wishlist for a while.

    Couldn't agree more, an excellent book. Doesn't he say in there that he wrote it for his kid so that he would know what his old man did when he was younger?
     
  14. Well his lad is ex 2 Para (?) and is now a police officer down in 'Trotsky's' old haunt. 'Paul' is a first class bloke and as said already,he contributes time to Combat Stress.
     
  15. It was written for his grandsons,from his son's first marriage, one he hasn't seen in years, and one he has never met, due to a bitter divorce between the son and daughter-in-law. And his son was 1 Para. I know them both! And, you're right, the old boy is a top bloke. :D
