The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I happened to be at the Conservative conference in Birmingham this year and a hard copy of this report was pressed on me at the Conservative Way Forward group's stall (they were leading the campaign against cuts, from the looks of things): A Compelling Necessity: The Case for Increasing the Defence Budget Despite the Present Severe Economic Crisis.

It's older than I thought it was now I've looked it up (dates from last July), but personally I did find it pretty compelling, even if the Treasury has not. A goldmine of clever argument and easily digested statistics for anyone on here hoping to fight the cuts, or at least articulate the case against them.
